Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Once your order has been processed and your tracking number has been received, please allow 3-7 business days for shipment delivery.
Note: Processing and shipping are not the same.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Domestic Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 3-7 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it, please contact the United States Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Pink Sugar Nails, LLC ships to most countries outside of the United States via USPS and DHL. All customs clearing, duties and taxes on international orders outside of the United States shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Pink Sugar Nails, LLC is not responsible for duties, customs and inspection fees. No refund will be provided on any orders where the buyer is unable to clear customs. All international orders are subjected to a handling fee.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us right away at orders@pinksugarnails.com with your order # to inform us of the incorrect address so that we can correct the address in a timely manner. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address originally provided.
If a package is returned to Pink Sugar Nails, LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the shipping carrier after they leave our facility.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We Inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality is being sent out to our customers. We also ensure that all items are safely packaged to prevent any damage. Once items are sent out, Pink Sugar Nails, LLC Is no longer responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.
